Purchased Credits: Any credits purchased for communication services (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Telephony) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you plan your usage accordingly before purchasing credits.
Custom Services: Any custom services provided, such as personalized setup or training, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the service has commenced.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our platform, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the amount of time the platform was unavailable.

Communication credits purchased for SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Telephony services are non-refundable. These credits are also non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
